Shipping to AK, HI, PR, Guam, and VI can require up to 21 days. All orders are shipped from our shop located in Southern California. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, where you are located, and the type of shipping selected.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
No coupon code is required to receive free Ground shipping on orders over $99.
Merchandise total must be over $99 after any promotions or discounts are applied, and before any required shipping or tax surcharges are applied to qualify for this offer. This offer applies to ground shipping in the lower 48 US states only (excludes Canada) and does not apply to next-day, second-day, air or expedited shipping orders.
Overweight item surcharges still apply*. This offer may be changed at any time.
*Oversized / Overweight Items may include Bicycles, Frames, Wheels and other large packaged items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship to customers within the US and Canada. We do not ship internationally.
REFUSED SHIPPING
A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Customers who refuse delivery will be assessed a fee to cover the return shipping charge. This fee will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer.
TAX RATES
For orders within California, we are required by law to collect sales tax of 8%.

Free In-Store Pick Up is ONLY available at our store location. Allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. A customer representative will contact you when your order is completed and ready for pick up.
Free assembly for complete bikes available upon request. Allow 2 to 3 business days for the assembly process. A customer representative will contact you when your order is completed and ready for pick up.
For security purposes, during pick up, we require a valid photo I.D. (for example, driver's license) to match the receipt.
RETURNS
Godspeed Cyclery aims to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns.
If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unused and undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact) within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund, less shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
*All items marked 'Sale' and/or 'Clearance' are considered final sale and non-refundable.
NOTE: Returned items on orders with Free Shipping Offer will incur shipping fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below Free Shipping Offer. In other words, the original shipping fee will be charged on returns from orders with Free Shipping. This charge will be deducted from the refund.
Take extra precaution when repackaging. A professional packer is advised for larger packages such as a wheelset, frameset, complete bike—any product that is considered overweight/oversized. Otherwise, damage will likely occur while in transit, which will result in either a restock fee or refusal of the return.

Complete the Packing Slip and include it along with the return.
Upon receipt of your return, a thorough inspection will be done. Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
WARRANTY
(For original owner only)
All bikes purchased through Godspeed Cyclery MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at shop.godspeed@gmail.com So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- Brief description of the claim
- Photographs
- If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.
